Certificate in Career Development and Success (CCDS)

We provide a complete range of coaching, training and advisory services in helping people becoming the Master of their Own Destinies. Verita’s Certificate in Career Development and Success (CCDS) is a certificate program spread over one year. The program builds a foundation for career growth and career goal development. It will help participants make more informed, focused career/job decisions and can lead to more satisfying and successful careers.
The program has three Focus Areas:
- Self Discovery
- Career Exploration
- Career/Job Preparation
Program Modules
Focus areas include participation in Six (6) weekend workshops of 24 contact-hours each, with multiple learning activities, spread over a period of one year. At the conclusion of each workshop, participants develop or enhance individual career plans based on the activities and experiences for that area, under the guidance of our expert career coaches. The certificate programs include participation in the following 6 life-shops and a total of 10 hours of individualized coaching:
1. You Are Special – Know it Why? Four pairs and associated personality, personality types based on four sets of differences, strengths and weaknesses of each, how differing preference effect our daily choices and behaviors
2. The Road to Success – The Principles & Practices of Success: Personal vision and values, developing a success plan, developing intrinsic motivations, aligning life with plan, habits and traits of success, keeping it forever, etc.
3. Persona for Success – The Art of Carrying Yourself: Dressing effectively, art of talking, walking with confidence, choices of colors, basic etiquettes, table manners, etc.
4. Pathos for Success – The Art of Influencing People and Making Friends: Learn the art of winning friends, influencing people, and be an “IN DEMAND” Person, while getting equipped with emotional intelligence, a buzz word of 21st century.
5. Ethos for Success – Timeless Principles that guarantees Sustainable Success: Being Successful is one thing, and sustaining it there, is another. Only 1 out of 10 people who makes it there, sustains his/her success over a long haul. This life-shop addresses those timeless principles that not only help you becoming successful, but also ensure that you stay there for always.
6. Choose or Be Chosen – The Science and Art of Career Selection and Securing your Dream Job: Knowing one’s personality and career preferences, developing a personal career vision, core competencies for careers, developing a personal plan, CV writing, interviewing skills , traits of successful people, job hunting, dress for interview, etc.
Registration Details
The registration can be made at any time. The program completion depends on the time of joining. A few of the above-mentioned programs are offered only once a year. Hence, it is absolutely important that you participate in these programs on the scheduled date(s), to avoid unnecessary delays in program completion. Total fee inclusive of participation in the above-mentioned programs, refreshments and meals during these programs, training material, and certification of participation of individual programs, as well as 10 hours of coaching and a Certificate of Completion for 2011-2012 Session is Rs. 50,000/-
