When should you seek help?
A frustrating thing for all coaches and counselors is that often the people who come have come too late. If you discover that your work, relationship/marriage or parenting ability is being affected by feelings of anxiety, depression, anger or other difficult emotions, it is always a good idea to discuss these concerns with a professional coach. Or if you just feel that something is wrong, that life is not as rewarding as it should be, it may be a good idea to have a consultation. We strongly believe in addressing problems as early in their development as possible, so that mole hills do not become mountains.
