The Process

When you call our office, you will be directed to one of our client service associates. You can ask questions of this person on the phone in case you are still having doubts or want more information. There is no pressure to start therapy with us. It is a big step for many people, and it works best if you are interested and motivated.

Besides collecting some basic information such as your contact and family details, earlier treatments, convenient day and time for coaching, coaching fee you could afford, etc. she will discuss the nature of the issue with you. She will later pass over the information that will help us assign the coach for you. She will then call you back to confirm the time and date of your meeting to you. Due to large number of coaching requests, the wait time could be anywhere from 2-6 weeks. However, we try our best to accommodate clients with urgent needs, as early as possible.

Depending on the nature and the complexity of the issue, the first meeting can last somewhere between 1-3 hours. In this meeting, the coach will do an assessment of the issue, confirm your commitment, discuss options with you, and together you will decide on a plan, if you wish to continue.
