One-on-One Coaching

Research shows that the rate of psychological disturbances leading to aggression, physical and verbal abuse, suicide, homicide, marital breakdown, alcoholism, drug abuse, etc. is increasing at an alarming rate. It seems that as the material comforts of life are increasing due to the scientific explosion, emotional, mental and physical health is deteriorating. This total wellness is achieved when a man is emotionally, mentally and spiritually mature. Absence of this maturity leads to mental, emotional and physical ailments. With timely intervention and proper coaching, at least 90 per cent of these disturbed people can recover completely and at least 80 per cent can avoid chronic illness and disability.

Supported by a good coach’s efforts and the application of the coaching process, amazing things can happen. In each meeting or call, the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into effective action. Sessions are typically one-on-one either in-person or over the telephone.
